On November 21–22, 2024, the VII Moscow International Cultural and Educational Forum on Russian as a Foreign Language (RFL) took place, focusing on the theme: "New and Traditional Aspects in the Multicultural Space of Teaching RFL: Current Issues in Theory and Practice."
Radio Slovakia International (RSI, Russian editorial office), in cooperation with the European Fund of Slavic Literature and Culture (EFSPK), announced a competition among students of bilingual high schools and schools in Slovakia for the best "Christmas Story."
On December 6th, EFSPIK is hosting a workshop with artist Yekaterina Grishakova titled “Draw a Christmas Card!”
We are also announcing a contest for students of schools and gymnasiums for the best handmade Christmas card. The winners will receive a Christmas gift!

On November 29, the solemn opening of the "Week of the Russian Language" in foreign countries took place. The project was initiated by the government of Yugra and universities from this Siberian region. This year, it is dedicated to the synthesis of the Russian language with one of the forms of art. Each university in Yugra represents a specific art form in its events.
On November 27, the Austrian branch of the International Movement of Russophiles (IMR) was inaugurated in Vienna. Delegates from various countries, including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Albania, Bulgaria, Kenya, and Cameroon, attended the event.
