European Foundation for Slavic Script and Culture

 On the 8th of March, we celebrate International Women's Day. Even though this date is not a Slovak public holiday, we can see more men buying flowers for women than usual.

These days, more gatherings of Russian literature enthusiasts were organized by the European Slavic Literature and Culture Foundation within the Golden Age of Russian Culture project. This season has started out with the event called “A. N. Ostrovsky. Profitable place”, dedicated to the 200^th anniversary of this great dramaturg´s birth.

On December 18, 2023, a festive meeting of the conversation club in Russian, dedicated to the New Year and Christmas, was held at the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture. The guests of the meeting were students of Russian language courses

The student seminar “The Creative Heritage of Count Leo Tolstoy”, dedicated to the genius of Lev Nikolaevich and his influence on the work of Slovak public figures, took place on December 14, 2023 at the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture
