In 2021, the Festival is dedicated to the 800th anniversary of Alexander Nevsky and the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Moscow. The project makes it possible to watch new military-historical films of Russian and foreign production for free, talk with their creators and professional historians, as well as veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

At the beginning of August 2021, the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture completed work on equipping a new computer language laboratory.
At the end of June 2021, a translation of the book of instructions of the holy fathers "Praying on the Lake", written in 1921-1922 by Saint Nicholas of Serbia (Velimirovich) was published. The translation of the book into Czech from the Serbian original was prepared by Vladyka Christopher, Honorary Archbishop of Prague and Metropolitan Archbishop of the Czech Lands and Slovakia. The book was published by the European Academy of Security and Conflictology with the support of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture.

On July 4, 2021, after a serious illness, Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Klimov passed away - a talented scientist and journalist, professor, academician of the European Academy of Security and Conflictology, academician of the International Academy of Literary Documentary, member of the Russian Union of Writers, member of the Union of Writers of Russia, member of the Union of Journalists of Russia, Deputy Chief editor of the magazine "Historical Bulletin", a man of high creative and moral ideals.
