At the beginning of August 2021, the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture completed work on equipping a new computer language laboratory.
The office is designed for six workstations, interconnected and controlled from the teacher's computer using modern software. Thanks to this, the language laboratory is a unique multimedia environment that will make the most of the study time and make the classes more interesting and rich.
The computer room provides ample opportunities for collective work in the interactive whiteboard mode, and work in pairs and individually. The teacher can start a direct conversation with one or more students, exchange messages with them, play audio files or secretly control the execution of dialog tasks. The language laboratory software also includes a testing system that allows you to create, edit and conduct tests of various formats, including using audio and video materials, as well as Internet resources.
The opening of a computerized language laboratory is an important step towards improving the quality and efficiency of Russian language courses conducted by the Russian Center in Bratislava.
