The solemn ceremony at Slavin took place on the day of liberation of Bratislava

04.04.2018in Bratislava at the memorial complex "Slavin" a solemn ceremony,dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the liberation of the Slovak capital fromthe Nazi invaders, took place.

Visit to the Slovak-Russian school in Bratislava

Since the 1st of September 2017, the Slovak-Russian elementary school started its activity in Bratislava.

This unique project presents the activity of the elementary school with the teaching of subjects and disciplines in the Slovak and Russian languages. The main aim of the school is to achieve the perfect Slovak-Russian bilingualism (even with the use of English), so that the graduates of the school after the 9th year could continue their studies at any secondary school in the Slovak Republic, in the Russian Federation or in any other schools in the world. The school is founded by private persons of Slovakia with the support of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Slovak Republic.

Russian language courses for children in Bratislava

On the 26th of January 2018 in the Russian Center of the European Center of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava, a spring semester was opened at the Russian language courses. The first classes were held for children.

Exhibition of books "Russian writers and Orthodoxy"

On the 16th of January 2018, in the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava, the exhibition of books "Russian writers and Orthodoxy" was opened.

The documentary film "Russian Georgians"

On the 21st of December 2017, in the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava, the documentary film "Russian Georgians" was shown.

Exhibition of books "Russian writers for children, for extracurricular reading"

On the 4th of December 2017 in Bratislava, in the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture, the exhibition of books "Russian writers for children, for extracurricular reading" was opened.

The exposition is represented by editions from the library fund of the Russian Center and is intended for children who are taught the Russian language, parents, teachers and visitors of the center.
