The European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture received a donation of books in the Belarusian and Slovak languages

On September 19, the European Foundation for Slavic Literature and Culture received a donation of books from Belarusian and Slovak publishing houses from diplomats of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Slovakia.

Printed publications in Belarusian and Slovak languages were donated. Among them are classical literature, books by contemporary authors, as well as children's literature. And these are the works of Yanka Kupala, Ales Aleshkevich, Viktor Martsinovich, Vladimir Gnilomedov, Arkady Kuleshov and many others.

The EFSPiK library began its work in 2015, its collection includes about 6,000 books. Readers are offered a wide range of fiction, scientific and educational literature in Russian, Slovak, Ukrainian, and now Belarusian.
Our library is not only books: there is a “Conversation Club” for foreigners studying Russian, art exhibitions, open lessons for schools and gymnasiums in Slovakia, master classes for children, and literary competitions.
