Internship of Russian language of Master from Poland

From the 3d of October till the 5th of December 2016 in the Russian center in Bratislava at the European Fund of Slavic Literature and Culture was held an internship for Master of Bialystok University Mikolayuk Lucia (Łucja Mikołajuk) from Poland.

Lucia Mikolayuk graduated in Bialystok University and received a master's degree in Philology of the Russian language. It was aimed at training in the Russian Centre in Bratislava according to the European Union's "Erasmus» (Erasmus) program.

Erasmus program is aimed at improving the quality of education in Europe, the development of mobility and cultural ties between European students, supporting cooperation between universities, students and teachers in higher education and vocational training.

The training program included acquaintance with the activity of Russian center in Bratislava, the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture, the Russian center of science and culture, participation in the Russian language courses and in the organization of Russian Language Conference,  round table on business cooperation, concerts of Russian artists and in other cultural events.

During the internship Lucia Mikolayuk successfully completed all the tasks. She showed a good knowledge of the Russian language. She took part in seminars on Russian culture, prepared a summary report in Russian on the works of Shostakovich and the exposure of the Moscow museum in Kolomenskoye. She worked on the Russian stand at the International Book Fair. She estimates she received a positive experience in the organization of cultural events, cross-cultural communication and improved her knowledge of the Russian language.

Analytical skills, communication skills and goodwill of the trainee helped her to adapt quickly in an international team and to achieve positive results of internship.
