On the 7th of June 2019, an open lesson on Russian language and culture devoted to the Independence Day of Russia was held in the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava.
May 24, 2019, the Slavic Literature Center "Slovo" ("Word") was opened in Moscow. This is a large-scale museum and educational complex, which has no analogues in Russia. It has been opened at the All-Russian Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy (VDNH), in the renovated pavilion No. 58 “Agriculture”, on the Day of Slavic Literature.
On May 14, 2019, a creative meeting with the famous Slovak painter Adolf Benz was held at the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture.
The painter got acquainted with the activities of the center, visited the exhibition of books from the library funds “Great People of Russia”, appreciated the works of young paintists of the painting studio.
