Acquaintance with folk culture - merry Christmas time

On January 17, 2023, a friendly meeting of the participants of the conversation club was held at the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture, dedicated to the traditions and customs of celebrating Christmas time in Rus' - “Merry Christmas time”.
The merry New Year has died down, Christmas has passed, but the series of winter holidays continues. According to a long tradition among the Slavic peoples, Christmas time is celebrated for twelve days from the Nativity of Christ until Epiphany.

Anton Pavlovich is a writer and playwright with the education of a doctor, he created more than 300 works. Today, his plays are staged and screened all over the world.

Lesson-reflection on the theme "Lessons of Dostoevsky" was held in Bratislava

On December 13, 2022, a reflection lesson on the topic “Dostoevsky’s Lessons” was held at the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture as part of the educational project “Dostoevsky: a writer and a person”.
More than 70 people took part in the event. Among them are gymnasium students and teachers of I. Horvat and A. Einstein gymnasiums, students of Russian language courses at the Spektr language school.

Literary hour on the theme of the story of F.M. Dostoevsky's "Christ's Boy on the Christmas Tree" took place in Bratislava.

On December 7, 2022, on the eve of the Christmas and New Year holidays, a literary hour was held at the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture on the theme of F.M. Dostoevsky "The Boy at Christ on the Christmas Tree" This is one of the events within the framework of the educational project "Dostoevsky: writer and man"

Educational project "Dostoevsky: writer and man" launched in Slovakia

On November 25, 2022, the first event of the project took place at the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture - an interactive lesson "Dostoevsky: a writer and a person".
More than 60 people attended the lesson, which was prepared and conducted by the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture together with the Foundation of Ukrainian Literature and Culture.
