Russia and Slovakia signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of culture for a period of 5 years.
The Russian delegation was represented by the leaders of the leading cultural institutions of the Russian Federation, including the State Museum-Reserve "Peterhof", the State Russian Museum, the State Academic Theatre named after E.B. Vakhtangov and others. The heads of museums, theatres, libraries, musical institutions of Bratislava, Koshice and Nitra took part in the meeting from the Slovak side.
This year the Slovak National Museum will host a large-scale exhibition project "Peterhof's Masterpieces." In 2020, Slovak viewers will have possibility to get acquainted with the works of Russian theatres. "Theatre Seasons" will be held in Bratislava.
